How did Shop Kresswell originate? 

Shop Kresswell was a natural addition to its parent company Kresswell Interiors. Due to spending so much time product sourcing and selecting, a desire arose to create a collection of home decor items that will help you style your home easily and beautifully! We adore our clients and are excited to curate a collection of items they will love adding into their homes. 


Where are you located? 

We are a Canadian company! We are located at 17917 106 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T5S 2H1. Look out for the Vera Kitchens and Kresswell Interiors sign! 


Can I pick up my order in person?

You can certainly pick up your order in person. Please select Local pickup when you place your order and we will contact you with pickup times and further instructions. Please note, our pick up hours are between Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. We typically take 2-4 business days to get your order ready to pick up. 

 

Do you offer rush orders?

If you have a tight time frame in mind please email us at shop@kresswellinteriors.com prior to purchasing your order.  We offer local pickup as an option in Edmonton and can prioritize packaging rush orders. 


What is your refund policy?

We hope you love your Shop Kresswell items as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us at shop@kresswellinteriors.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in their original condition. 

Sale items, special orders, seasonal decor and shipping/delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.

Shop Kresswell reserves the right to refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, please track your order once you receive your orders tracking number and reach out to us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to help!

Certain Shop Kresswell items may be subject to a restocking fee.


What currency do you show your product(s) in on your shop website? 

All of the products on our website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD.) 


Shipping Information 


What does Shop Kresswell charge for Shipping rates?

We use Canada post tracked shipping to make sure we are able to give you peace of mind when your parcel is on its way to you. For that reason we charge a shipping rate based off of your specific location and customized to your package size and weight. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout of product. 


How will I know when my Order has been shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number, confirming that your order has been shipped (be sure to check your spam folder.)


When will my order arrive? 

All orders with items in stock are shipped within 2-4 business days of placing your order. The shipping & transit times vary depending on where your order is being shipped to! The majority of our parcels will ship to you within 1-2 weeks. 


Do you ship Internationally? Does this include duties? 

As of right now we only ship within Canada.  


Online Returns 

Please follow the following steps for online returns:


  1. Email shop@kresswellinteriors.com with your name, order number and reason for return. We will assess your return and send you the necessary details to proceed. 
  2. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging, with your invoice.
  3. After your return has been approved by Shop Kresswell, returned merchandise can be shipped to:

Please note: Shop Kresswell is not responsible for return shipping costs unless specified below. Please track your shipped package, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen while in transit to you. 


What do I do if I receive an Incorrect Item?

If you receive an incorrect item, your purchase and  shipping cost will be refunded. The return shipping cost will be refunded, if the return is a result of our error. 


What do I do if my item arrives broken?

We do our very best to wrap your items carefully and considerately, but if by chance your package arrives with damaged product please contact us right away at shop@kresswellinteriors.com. We may request photos of the damage to best assess the situation.
