If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, the shipping costs are non-refundable. You will then be responsible for either returning the delivery to our physical location, or, be responsible to pay the shipping fees to return the package if we are unable to re-route the package during transit.
We hope you love your Shop Kresswell items as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Sale items, special orders, seasonal decor and shipping /delivery fees are final sale and non-refundable.
Shop Kresswell reserves the right to refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, please track your order once you receive your order tracking number and reach out to us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to help!
If you do wish to return your Shop Kresswell purchase, please note that you will be responsible for generating a return label and paying for return shipping. For local drop off returns back to our Edmonton office, please also contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our very best to wrap your items with care, but if by chance your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order at email@example.com. We may request photos of the damage to best assess the situation. Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case. Please note, all damages must be emailed within 5 days of the parcels delivered date to be covered.
If you wish to return your rug purchase, please notify us within 5 days of recieving it. Please note that rugs are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping. Make sure to double check rug details, care instructions and sizing prior to placing your order.
