What does Shop Kresswell charge for Shipping rates?

We use Canada post tracked shipping to make sure we are able to give you peace of mind when your parcel is on its way to you. For that reason we charge a shipping rate based off of your specific location and customized to your package size and weight. Most packages will ship for around $15 CAD, but this will vary slightly for each order. 

How will I know when my Order has been shipped?

You will receive an email with a tracking number, confirming that your order has been shipped (be sure to check your spam folder.

When will my order arrive? 

All orders with items in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing your order. The shipping & transit times vary depending on where your order is being shipped to! The majority of our parcels will ship to you within 1-2 weeks. 

Do you ship Internationally? Does this include duties? 

As of right now we only ship within continental America. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Shop Kresswell is not responsible for these additional fees. Please check with your local customs website for more information!
